We have spent the past few weeks learning about how to keep ourselves healthy. 

We started with a visit to Tesco, then tried a range of healthy snacks after learning about healthy and unhealthy foods we focused on 'Keeping fit', having enough sleep and then being clean.

*Remember your child needs to be physically active for 3 hours a day.  This includes some time spent building up their heart rate for example playing football, running, swimming, dancing.

Take a look at all of the wonderful activities that your children taken part in.  We have also attached some information sheets about keeping active.  There are also more copies of activities that were sent home.
