For the next two weeks it is our scheduled half term holiday. We will not be uploading daily work on the blog for the next two weeks, but here are some home learning packs if you would like to continue working. If the year 4 pack is too tricky, try the Year 3 or Year 2 packs. See you back here on the blog on Monday 8th June! (We do not have a return date to school for Year 4 yet).

Can you create a piece of Artwork in the Style of Henri Rousseau? We looked at Henri when we did our Rainforest topic. We recreated this famous picture with oil pastels, remember? The following activity is for those children who have been working with Mrs Martin whilst in Year 4.
This week's challenge will help you make sense of the world and solve problems using language. Before you play the game 'Who's on the phone?' You need to look at the 'who' cards. Try to describe each person to your grown up by adding as much information as possible e.g. A baker wears a white apron and a hat. A baker bakes delicious cakes and different types of bread. When you are ready to play , your grown up will give you some clues and you have to say 'who' is on the phone. Remember to listen carefully and speak in full sentences. Have fun! Mrs Martin |
